Stella de Oro is one of the most popular daylilies of all time.
We carry the classic
yellow
in two forms and the recently hybridized fragrant, deep
ruby-red
version, Ruby Stella.
These perennials are grown for their showy,
fragrant
flowers
and the fact that they are some of the best
rebloomers.
The plants will flower from early summer to fall and are semi-evergreen to
evergreen
in warmer climates.
They are also chosen because they are adaptable to a wide range of planting zones and
soil conditions.
The foliage gracefully arches, forming a dense clump that can function well as a groundcover.
